At KINTO Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home and kitchenware; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
